Das Projekt Hof Prädikow wird als genossenschaftliches Wohn- und Gewerbeprojekt auf dem alten Gutshof in Prädikow entwickelt. Die aktuell 37 Erwachsenen und 20 Kinder in der Hofgruppe wollen (bald verstärkt durch weitere Mitglieder) auf dem Hof wohnen, digital, handwerklich und künstlerisch arbeiten, Freizeit gemeinsam gestalten, Gemüse anbauen, Tiere halten, Räume, Werkzeuge und Aufgaben teilen, neue Aufgaben finden, den Ruhestand genießen, oder ihre Kinder aufwachsen sehen.
Das 9 Hektar große Gelände gehört der Stiftung trias, welche es nach Erbbaurecht an die SelbstBau Genossenschaft verpachtet hat. Diese kümmert sich um den Ausbau von genossenschaftlichem Wohnraum während sich der Hof Prädikow e.V. um die Entwicklung anderer Angebote auf dem Hof kümmert.
