IT ALL STARTED WHEN ...

The Hof Prädikow project is being developed as a cooperative residential and commercial project on the old manor in Prädikow. The currently 37 adults and 20 children in the farm group want to live on the farm (soon to be reinforced by additional members), work digitally, technically and artistically, organize leisure time together, grow vegetables, keep animals, share rooms, tools and tasks, find new tasks , enjoy retirement, or watch their children grow up.

The 9 hectare site belongs to the trias foundation , which has leased it to the SelbstBau cooperative on the basis of heritable building rights . This takes care of the expansion of cooperative living space while Hof Prädikow eV takes care of the development of other offers on the farm.
