Hof Prädikow introduces itself

The former blacksmith's shop and the former cartwright's shop stand side by side in harmony. Together they form the north-western end of the building ensemble. The unplastered bricks and fieldstone have endured changing times and - to say it mildly - different contemporary tastes.

Rather, they have been shaped by pragmatism, which has left its marks, even though the original substance has been largely preserved.

Strictly functional buildings usually remain a permanent temporary solution, which is constantly adapted to the changing purpose and different uses. In this sense, the renovation of the buildings will continue, temporary uses will be accommodated during the revitalization phase: In 2020 a carpentry workshop, a goldsmith and a sound studio are to move in. This is initially planned for the next three years, after which living space will also be created here.
